Online Ordering

All transactions on this site are carried out using PayPal's world-class security systems. These systems protect customer information using the latest SSL encryption. (Please visit our privacy policy to see how SSL encryption protects your personal data).

You do not need a PayPal account to place an order with Lookinglass Works; PayPal's secure checkout system allows you to pay using all major credit and debit cards, simply enter your details when prompted and complete the checkout process as usual. If you do have a PayPal account you can choose to pay using your credit or debit card, bank account or available PayPal balance. Once you have completed your order you wil be returned to our site where you can continue shopping.

Offline Ordering

If you prefer to pay for your order via cheque or postal order please email us with details of the items you would like to order and we will get back to you with all the information you need to progress with your order. Please note, we can only accept cheques or postal orders made out in GBP; foreign currencies and cheques drawn on non-UK bank accounts cannot be accepted.

Email confirmation of orders

All orders will receive an automated confirmation of payment email from PayPal plus a personalised email from Lookinglass Works detailing order status and expected delivery time.

Bulk Ordering

If you require more than 10 standard prints/poster prints or more than 5 canvas or block mounted prints you will qualify for a discount on your purchase. Please email us with your requirements for a personalised quote.

Returns & Refunds

We are not able to offer refunds for items unless they are lost or damaged in transit. If this should happen please contact us with full details of any loss or damage incurred and we will arrange a refund of the original purchase price. In the case of items lost in the post please allow adequate time for shipping before contacting us with refund requests; items cannot be classed as lost in the post until 28 days have passed since despatch.
